Very high quality. Much stronger than the curtain rod we had in place before. The streamline look also blends in much more than clunkier curtain rods. The ball carriers that come with it may not be enough for your drapes, so make sure to count how many you need. At first the ball carriers were not running very smoothly. We could hear the plastic on metal sound, but the more we use them, the smoother they get, so definitely happy with them now. The customer service here is also excellent. They are very kind and responsive and helpful.
