Return policies for individual listings may vary.
Wands, Buckram, Individual Hardware Items, and Sewing Supplies: Returns are accepted within 30 days of item delivery. Individual hardware items can only be returned if they have not been installed and are still in new condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for these items.
Fabric, Trim, and Custom Drapery Panels: All sales are final. Samples are highly recommended before purchasing if unsure about measurements or dyelots.
Custom Hardware Sets: Custom cut rod sales are final. Custom cut rods are any rods that are not one of our preset sizes. Individual hardware items from the set may be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they have not been installed and remain in new condition.
For drapery hardware, we highly recommend inspecting orders and locating all components prior to scheduling installation in case there was any issue regarding order shipment.
For fabric, trim, and wallpaper orders, we recommend inspecting the goods before scheduling installation or alterations are made to the product if there are any issues regarding order shipment.
