We know you will love our drapery hardware, but we are more than happy to accept and issue a full refund. Even if the rod is cut to your personal specifications!

Return Policy:
Custom cut rods are non-returnable however we will issue a refund for the additional hardware as long as everything is returned in original condition. Custom cut rods are any sizes other than our given options. Hardware is not eligible for return once it's been installed.
